(Applicable to standard book orders only. Bespoke mapping is subject to individual contract)
To order a standard product from Trackmaps, browse this website for products of interest and select the Details & Buy link. You have the option of adding the product to your basket. Adding a product to your Basket does not commit you to buying it - you can always remove items later. You can choose to continue as a Guest, sign in to your account or register as a new customer.
You can check your basket contents and amend it at any time up to the point at which you confirm your order.
Once you have placed one or more items in your Basket and you are ready to place your order click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button to continue. At the Checkout you enter the shipping address for the order. You can choose again whether to continue as a Guest which will require to enter your details in full or log in to your account (or register as a new customer) so that your details are entered automatically. If you are ordering for delivery to someone else, it is their details, including name and address that are required at this stage. We have provided a Postcode Search to make entering the address as simple as possible. Delivery costs (including VAT) are added automatically dependant on the items ordered and your delivery address. Delivery costs are based on the actual cost of packaging and delivery. Your invoice will show delivery and delivery VAT as separate items.
Once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions, click SUBMIT ORDER and you will reach the Order Confirmation Page. Please check all the details of your order carefully. Once you proceed to the next stage, there is no opportunity to change your order, only abort it. Click the BUY NOW button and you will be directed to SagePay where you enter your card details. When you come to input your card details you will be doing so on a separate secure page which is managed for us by SagePay. We use the SagePay system for our on-line shop which means security for you as the order transaction is encrypted when submitted and neither we nor this website either see or retain any card details. SagePay work with thousands of merchants like us, communicating directly with all the major banks for authorisation, the entire time keeping your details
Please note that we only accept the following cards:
Once your card payment is confirmed, an email will be sent to you summarising your order. Your order will then be packaged and dispatched to your chosen delivery address by the relevant delivery method (see Delivery). A despatch note travels with the goods.
Once the good are despatched, a PDF invoice will be sent to the registered email address.
Although the Trackmaps website is secure and a safe place to shop, we understand that some customers prefer the option of placing their orders by telephone. To place an order with us, please have ready details of what you want to order and also your payment card details. When you are ready to order, please call 0845 300 1370 (calls to this number cost 2p/min with a 6p connection charge). We will be happy to place your order for you and will provide you with an order reference number should you need to contact us again about your order.
You should be aware, though, that we are not flush with staff and that the sales telephone is not necessarily manned continuously or even every day. We do, however, have an answer-phone so please ensure you provide your name and telephone number, speaking very clearly and we will get back to you. Please state clearly that you wish to place an order.
Please note that a despatch note travels with the goods. An invoice can only be provided if you provide us with an email address.
We do not accept orders for items that are due for publication where a firm date has not been given. If you are an existing customer or you have registered for advanced notification, you will be informed when orders are being accepted. Otherwise, watch the site for the latest information. If we invite orders for a publication having announced its publication date, payment will be debited when you place your order.
