How to Order Trackmaps Titles

For orders within the United Kingdom, you can order Quail Track Diagrams direct from Trackmaps by telephone, by fax or by post.

By telephone, please call 0845 300 1370 and have your credit card details with you. You should note we only accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards plus UK issued Visa Debit, Switch or Maestro.

By fax, please use the ORDER FORM and send it with your credit card payment details to 0845 300 1375. If you email, please ensure you provide the relevant details required by the Order Form.

By post, please use the ORDER FORM. You can pay by cheque or credit card. Send the completed ORDER FORM with your payment or payment details to

UK Delivery, Packing and Postage

The standard UK delivery method for Quail Track Diagrams is
1 to 12 books: First Class Post - Add £1.00 for each copy
13-30 books: Next day courier - Add £12.00 per order
31 books and over - please ask

The standard UK delivery method for TRACKatlas is
1 to 4 books: First Class Post - Add £3.00 for each copy
over 4 books: Next day courier - Add £12.00 per order

For orders from outside the United Kingdom, you can order by fax or post but you must check with us first for the cost including postage and so we can agree the currency and method payment. We accept credits cards, VISA and MASTERCARD only and cheques on well known banks in Euros or US dollars. We may also accept cash payment (notes only) in other currencies. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if your product is faulty or you decide to return it to us for refund, please contact us and follow to procedure below.

Returns

If the book you have bought from us is faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Delivery is considered to have taken place within 2 days of the despatch date. We will give you a Returns Reference which must be quoted with any returned goods. We will refund your postage costs to return the item.

Refunds

To cancel a purchase made or request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of delivery. Delivery is considered to have taken place within 2 days of the despatch date. To do so, you must obtain a Returns Reference from our office by giving your order details confirming you wish to cancel your order. When there has been no error on our part, we will refund the purchase price of the item.

Goods must be returned in adequate packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit and in a saleable condition. The costs you incur in returning cancelled items (via post or courier) will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse goods returned to us without a Returns Reference.
